This is always a difficult question to answer as most clients will get results quickly within 4 sessions but some clients have deeper rooted more complex issues and so this may require more sessions.

If you book in person they will take place at Burford Avenue in my therapy room if the Blue session in progress sign is displayed please wait outside as this will mean I am still with another client.
If you book online you will be sent a link to Zoom and I will see you online at the allocated appointment time.

I will take a detailed history from you and whilst talking together you will be receiving therapy when I will ask you any relevant questions. I ask my clients to be honest and open with their answers so that they can receive the best therapy from me.

Yes, hypnotherapy is completely safe I will provide a safe, secure confidential space so that you can talk freely about your issues.

The simple answer is Yes you will be in control whilst in Hypnosis as I am unable to make you do anything you do not wish to do.

Overall you will generally feel nicely relaxed and able to access your subconscious thinking easily.

The answer is no your subconscious is always listening so even if you do feel like you are asleep you will still take any suggestions made on board. Clients normally go into a light, medium or heavier trance state when in hypnosis.
